URBAN WORKS

In the public space, the art of the street artist ALIAS impresses with its unmistakable symbiosis of motif and location. In his studio work, he uses rusty sheets, old wood and other finds using stencil technique to portray people with their emotions and states of mind. VAN RAY uses different materials and techniques to combine elements of street art, pop art and contemporary art. He draws on the key stimuli of our pop culture, without loosing an ironic wink or a sociable critical note from the point of view.
